Nit'ir Qibe is an aromatic shelf-stable clarified butter. It is traditionally used as a finishing element in dishes but can be used in a variety of stews, soups, braise etc. It can be used as a substitute in recipes that call for clarified butter or ghee for an added punch of flavour.
