"Sixteen Squares” Instagram Contest" (the “Contest”) RULES & REGULATIONS

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest runs from November 25, 2025 12pm. Eastern Time (“ET”) to November 30, 2025 11:59pm. ET (the "Contest Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, you must have an Instagram or a Facebook account. Participants must be following Sanagan’s Meat Locker on Instagram or Facebook to be eligible.

Participants must send their answers to the sixteen square game as four groups of four words each. Answers must be submitted via Direct Message on either Facebook or Instagram.

Participants can submit as many answers as they wish. Participants with all four groupings of words correctly identified will be entered into a draw, and three winners will be randomly selected.

ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to individual residents of Canada, employees of 8504601 Canada Inc. (“Family” or the "Contest Sponsors"), and cable, satellite or other affiliates of the Contest Sponsors or their respective advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Releasees") as well as their immediate family members and persons with whom they are domiciled. Instagram is not a sponsor of this Contest. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend this Contest in the event of any accident, or administrative error or any kind.

The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to ask for proof of identification, which must be provided upon request. The contact information collected by the Contest Sponsors with your Contest entry, or upon being selected as a winner, will only be used to administer the Contest and award the Contest prizes. The Contest Sponsors will not use this personal information for any other reason and will not otherwise disclose this personally identifiable information to any other party, other than to fulfill their Contest obligations.

All entries are the property of The Contest Sponsors and will not be returned. The Releasees shall not be responsible for entries which are illegible or which have been lost, misdirected, delayed, stolen, destroyed, incomplete, garbled or received after the Contest deadline. In the event that the Contest Sponsors receive multiple uploads of the same Photo, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to void and destroy such duplicate entries and that entrant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors, be disqualified from the Contest. Should it be discovered that the entrant is using multiple Instagram accounts, and/or the aid of computer programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify all such Contestants from future Contests without further notice, and any person the Contest Sponsors find to be in violation of any of these Contest rules or the Instagram "Terms of Use".

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an Instagram account, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned the Instagram account, by the organization responsible for assigning Instagram accounts. Contest Sponsors shall not be liable for multiple claims by entrants that they are the winner of the Contest.

PRIZES

There are three prizes of $50 gift card to be awarded to three unique participants during the date period.

The prize(s) is non-transferable, must be accepted “as is” and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

CONTEST DRAW

Three random draws will be made at Family’s head office at 176 Baldwin St, Toronto, Ontario on or about 12 pm ET on November 10, 2025 from all eligible correct answers received as outlined in the “HOW TO ENTER” Section of these Contest rules and regulations, received by Contest Sponsors on Instagram and Facebook @sanagansmeatlocker during the Contest Period.

The chances of being selected to win a prize in this Contest depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The entrants whose winning answers are selected from the draw as winners, will be notified by a representative of the Contest Sponsors by way of direct message on Instagram or Facebook by November 10, 2025 and asked to reply directly with their contact information (email address, telephone number, name) in order for a representative of Contest Sponsors to contact the entrant directly. Responses from the entrants whose correct answers are selected from the draw must be received by the Contest Sponsors by December 1, 2025 at 12pm ET or another prize winner will be randomly selected from the same pool of entries. The provisions and procedures referred to in this section above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner has been duly selected, but in any event, no later than December 5, 2025.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE

The entrants selected as winners will be contacted by a representative of the Contest Sponsors and must correctly complete a mathematical skill testing question; and must sign a declaration confirming his/her compliance with the official Contest rules and regulations; acceptance of the prize “as is”, and a release form acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Contest Sponsors, and other Releasees with regard to any injury, accident, damage, claim, liability, loss or misfortune related to any aspects of the Contest, prize, the acceptance, use, misuse, possession and delivery of the prize, printing errors, claims based upon publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, within five (5) business days of Contest Sponsors sending it to the selected entrants, prior to being awarded the Prize.

In the event a selected entrant does not correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question, or sign and return the declaration and release form, within five (5) business days, they will have been deemed to have forfeited any rights to the prize and the Contest Sponsors will randomly draw an alternate correct answer entry received on Instagram or Facebook, and that selected entrant must follow the same process outlined above in this Section of these Contest rules and regulations. This process, as described herein, shall be repeated until the prize has been awarded to an eligible entrant but in any event, no later than December 1, 2025

The Contest Sponsors and the cable, satellite or other television affiliates of the Contest Sponsors and their respective agents or representatives shall not be responsible in any way for the use of, or bear any liability whatsoever attributable to the prizes awarded in this Contest. The Contest Sponsors make no representation or offer any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any prize awarded in connection with this Contest. The prize winners understand and acknowledge that he/she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from the Contest Sponsors should a prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to the Prize winner.

The Contest Sponsors will not be held responsible for the loss of prizes due to changes in mailing addresses, errors in completed entry forms or any other circumstances leading to an invalid, erroneous or incomplete mailing addresses or e-mail addresses.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be exactly as shown. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value, that is, there is no cash alternative available.

All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned.

If the Contest Sponsors, in their sole discretion, deems that a an answer does not comply with these Contest Rules or is otherwise inappropriate to post, Contest Sponsors may reject that entry and select another.

All incidental costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the prize description are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. All Prize elements are subject to availability. The Prize winners shall not seek reimbursement for the expenses from the Contest Sponsors.

All prize taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners.

Each entrant agrees to waive all rights with respect to print and broadcast publicity. By entering the Contest and accepting a prize, the winners hereby consent to the reasonable use by the Contest Sponsors of the winners' photograph, voice, comments, likeness and/or image, name and age of the winner, in connection with this Contest, worldwide and in perpetuity, without any further compensation for any future promotional activity. Each entrant consents and agrees to the Contest Sponsors' collection and use of the information provided by the entrant for the purpose of administering this Contest. By submitting a Contest entry, participants agree to be bound by these Contest rules and regulations. Entrants agree that the Contest Sponsors, their affiliates and/or any of the other Releasees, shall not be liable or responsible for any failure of the Contest Sponsors’ websites, or any failure of the entrant's cell-phone carrier during the Contest or any problems or technical malfunctions with respect to telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, cell-phone networks or any failure thereof or Internet traffic congestion or virus or any combination thereof including injury or damage to an entrant's or third party's computer or cell phone. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest, without notice, in the event of any printing, typographical or administrative error, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree that the Releasees shall bear no responsibility whatsoever with regard to any claims, liability, damage, injury, accident, loss and/or misfortune related to any aspects of the Contest, prize, the acceptance, use, misuse, possession and delivery of the prize, printing errors, claims based upon publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

All decisions of the Contest Sponsors are final. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this Contest or to change the Contest rules at any time without prior notice.
