Description
A Northern Italian specialty of soft polenta with a ragu of mushrooms and provolone cheese.
Ingredients: Milk, Chicken broth (water, chicken stock, onions, carrots, celery, spices), Whipping cream (cream, milk, carrageenan, cellulose gum, mono and diglycerides, polysorbate 80), Onions, Cremini mushrooms, Polenta (cornmeal), Beef broth (water, beef stock, onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, spices), Provolone cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, lipase, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture), Unsalted butter, Red peppers, Red wine, Garlic, Salt, Herbs and spices.
Contains: Milk.

Cooking Instructions:
Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Remove the tray from the cardboard sleeve, and place on a baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
Remove film before serving.
