Smoked Liverwurst

Very traditionally flavoured with marjoram, onion, and a touch of cardamom, our liverwurst is lightly smoked over apple wood. While lovely on crackers, pumpernickel, and crostini, it also makes a really satisfying sandwich spread!

Ingredients: Pork liver, pork belly, salt, nitrite, phosphates, erythorbate, marjoram, nutmeg, ginger, white pepper, onion powder, cardamom, beef middle casing, natural smoke. Contains: allium, nitrite.
