The t-bone is the quintessential steakhouse cut. There are three ways we offer this bone-in steak:

T-Bone: A striploin on one side, a medium size tenderloin on the other. Cut to 1"

Porterhouse (Pictured): A striploin on one side, a large sized tenderloin on the other. Cut to 1.5-2"

Wing Steak: A striploin on one side, little to no tenderloin on the other. Think of it like a bone-in striploin. Cut to 1"
