Seasonal Quiche by Sanagan's Meat Locker - Lorraine (Emmental, Bacon, & Chives)

A rich egg custard pie filled with emmental cheese, bacon, & chives. Pair it with a salad, this quiche makes an easy lunch or light summer dinner. 

Ingredients: Pate brisee (flour, butter, eggs, salt), eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, emmental cheese, bacon, chives.  Contains: wheat, gluten, eggs, nitrite, dairy.
