Our house made corned beef uses our aromatic brine with West Grey Farms brisket. The result is a deliciousraw product to be cooked at home (cooking instructions below).

Cooking Instructions: Remove corned beef from packaging, and gently simmer (covered) in unsalted water (with or without aromatics) for 3.5 to 4.5 hours, or until fork tender.
