Afeltra: Semolina Pastas

Since 1848, this pasta is made in Gragnano, located on a hilltop between Monti Lattari and the Amalfi Coast. This particular line of Afeltra (100% Grano Italiano) is made exclusively with durum semolina flour from wheat grown in the region, not from imported flour. It is a hearty pasta that is the perfect vehicle for all manner of sauces and ragu.
