Our kitchen team makes ready-to-bake, two-person servings of Beef Wellington, made with beef tenderloin, prosciutto and duck mousse wrapped in buttery puff pastry. A decadent treat for any day of the week.
Ingredients: cremini mushrooms, porcini, shallots, garlic, herbs, butter, brandy, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, nutmeg, salt, pepper, lemon, beef tenderloin, prosciutto, duck liver mousse, puff pastry (flour, butter, salt), egg, canola oil
Cooking Instructions: Cooking Instructions for Medium Rare: Bake on top rack from frozen. Preheat oven to 425°F, bake for 25 minutes, rotating once. Reduce heat to 325°F. Bake for an additional 40-50. Remove from oven and rest for 12 minutes before serving. Cooking times may vary.
