Description
Our house made corned beef uses our aromatic brine with West Grey Farms brisket. The result is a delicious raw product to be cooked at home (cooking instructions below).

Please note as well that this is only available between March 13th and 22nd**

Cooking Instructions: Remove corned beef from packaging, and gently simmer (covered) in unsalted water (with or without aromatics) for 3.5 to 4.5 hours, or until fork tender.
Made in house, our charcuterie program is influenced by the traditions of France, England, Italy, and Germany.
