Description

Despite the name, this terrine is an approachable and elegant (and beautiful!) addition to any charcuterie board. Tender, braised pork is suspended in a mosaic of parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil. Just add a pickle or some grainy mustard for a delicious bite.

Ingredients: Pork, brine (salt, sugar, nitrite, erythorbate, phosphates, garlic, thyme, bay, black pepper, clove, juniper), white pepper, nutmeg, chives, tarragon, parsley, aspic (pork, onion, carrot, celery, bay, thyme, parsley, egg white, chicken). Contains: nitrite, allium.
