Seasonal Quiche by Sanagan's Meat Locker - Housemade Peameal, Old Cheddar, & Asparagus

A rich egg custard pie filled with Sanagan's housemade Peameal bacon, old cheddar, asparagus, parsley, and caramelized onions. Pair it with a salad, this quiche makes an easy lunch or light summer dinner. 

Ingredients: Pate brisee (flour, butter, eggs, salt), eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, peameal bacon (pork, salt, maple syrup, garlic, sage, thyme, sodium nitrite), old cheddar, asparagus, parsley, onions.  Contains: wheat, gluten, eggs, nitrite, dairy, alliums.
