Seasonal Quiche by Sanagan's Meat Locker - Souvlaki Peameal, roasted veg, feta

A rich egg custard pie filled with souvlaki-marinated housemade peameal, roasted red peppers, red onions, & zucchini, and feta cheese. Pair it with a salad, this quiche makes an easy lunch or light summer dinner. 

Ingredients: Pate brisee (flour, butter, eggs, salt), eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, peameal bacon (pork, salt, maple syrup, garlic, sage, thyme, sodium nitrite), .  Contains: wheat, gluten, eggs, nitrite, dairy, alliums.
