A rich egg custard pie filled with asparagus, our housemade jambon de paris, and white cheddar cheese. Pair it with a salad, this quiche makes an easy lunch or light summer dinner.
Ingredients: Pate brisee (flour, butter, eggs, salt), eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, asparagus, Jambon de Paris (pork leg, brine [salt, sugar, nitrite, erythorbate, phosphates, garlic, thyme, bay, black pepper, clove, juniper] bovine gelatine.), white cheddar cheese. Contains: wheat, gluten, eggs, nitrite, dairy.
