Setaro: Assorted Pasta

Produced in the Torre Annunziata region near Naples, Setaro is made with select durum wheat semolina and pure water, using ancient bronze die casting methods and very slow drying process. The 3rd generation of the Setaro family produces one of the best and highest quality pastas in the world, with a tooth-some bite and able to cling to any sauce or ragu.
