After being cured with garlic and thyme, these duck breasts are slowly hot-smoked over applewood. Great in thin slices on a charcuterie board, or as an element in a variety of composed dishes. Sold in half-breast pieces.

Ingredients: Duck breast, brine (salt, sugar, nitrite, erythorbate, phosphates, garlic, thyme, bay, black pepper, clove, juniper) natural smoke. Contains: nitrite, allium.
