Wellesley, a small community north of Stratford, is the home of this farm that makes this delicious syrup. They pick their apples, juice them, then boil it down to make a syrup that is a great alternative to maple syrup. Use on pancakes, in baking, or even as a side to a cheese and charcuterie board.
