While working in Hong Kong, chef Marvin Palomo developed a taste for the exquisite XO Sauce, the fermented seafood and chili condiment that has attained a cult status. He started developing his own once returning to Toronto, and we are proud to be one of the few stockists of this umami bomb of a sauce. Brushed on cooked steaks or tossed in noodles, it will become a staple in your pantry.
